Speaking of insurance, I was wondering if the insurance company for Adair Grain fertilizer company knew the type and quantity of chemicals that were kept on site.
It sounds like EPA plan they had on file they never addressed all the chemicals they had on site. Also, Homeland Security was not aware.
Did the mayor of this town write the policy for Adair Grain and Fertilizer?
