Here’s a thought Texas. Pay for the wall your self by implementing an income tax or increasing other taxes. Stop looking to the federal government for hand outs. You want to brag about how low your taxes are, and then ask for help?
If you argument is going to be that other states already get help, I agree with you. It should apply to all states.

Texas A&M researchers concluded that seas levels may rise? Why? Could it be due to, *gasp*, global warming?
