    Not wise to mess with Texas Mutual. They will catch you and prosecute. Some of the worst cheaters do time in Huntsville.

    Over the course of my career, I’ve seen numerous examples of workers comp fraud. The one cited in this article is one of the simpler ones. But, it is time for those convicted of any level of fraud to do a few days in the county jail. 90 days sounds about right. And when the fraud is abetted by a medical “professional”, adjoining cells.

    Not a very smart person who lives in a small town where everyone is either related or knows you. There is plenty of trash to pick up along I35.
