Tesla needs to add a sensor in the driver seat to make sure someone has to at least be seated in the driver seat at all times while the car is in motion or this is going to keep happening.
Does not drive if you are not in the drivers seat. Unfasten your seatbelt in Autopilot the car pulls over and stops. They rigged it to go twice the speed limit without sitting in the seat. This has nothing to do with Autopilot.

I agree. What were they thinking? Testing “Auto Pilot” without being in the drivers seat?
MY condolences for their ignorance. Nobody this stupid should be given the keys to any vehicle . . . and that will not happen again for these folks.
