Who wants to join me and Julian for a drinkie in Williamston to celebrate? Woo hoo. I feel safer and am sure the residents of Martin County do as well.
You never know how accurate these articles are, but it says the driver weaved from one side of his lane to the other. Watch the driver in front of you on the way home today. That’s probably about 50% or more of us. Probable cause should mean more than that or cops could pull you over any time they want to.
true, he could have been playing between the lines of his own lane. he could have been checking his radio and noticed he moved a tad bit to the right and then moved left still in his lane. bac was w/in legal limits, so how can they arrest him for a DWI? it apparently was not reckless, no excessive speeding. sounds like case done!
cool thing, is that a officer responded to a tip. fortunately, it was not a case of wrongdoing, but a misunderstanding from the officer which had to go to court for resolution.
