    It will take a pretty detailed investigation to determine if the doctor is on the premises 3 Days per week for 4 hours per day. More time and resources we don’t have. And then the fine is $500? Eliminate PIP.

    What are “collusion damages”? Actually, this could be a pretty good term in this case! Also, Florida does not require Uninsured Motorist coverage; it requires PIP.

    How about checking to determine how many of these fine folks entered the USA illegally?
