BP is undisputedly responsible for destroying the coastal real estate market and, and as well stated, should fairly compensate any and “all” coastal waterfront property owners who can show they were making a sincere effort to sell real property at the time of the spill. If the claims are denied, BP and its GCCF should also be held liable and have to pay for the resulting damages. If the BP claims program is “Trasnparent” and they have nothing to hide, why does BP want to hide what they agree to do??? Does anyone know the outcome of this claim, or was it yet another of BP’s “Private /
Confidential” Claims Settlements?????
