Now that I have my Obamacare, I don’t need medical coverage on my auto insurance at all, all I need is income continuation so I can pay my health insurance premiums.

There are 2 concerns with your statement about Obamacare covering your auto injuries. First is how will you continue to have an income stream if you cannot work due to your injuries? Second, even Obamacare has benefit limits so what happens when your TBI care uses this up? Michigan does have a good no-fault program but it requires some changes to include better oversight of both the board that administers the fund and the healthcare providers caring for the long term injured clients.
