Any person charged with a DUI in Mississippi will need help for a DUI case. …having a DUI arrest examined free online by an experienced DUI attorney always has its benefits. This is because of the familiarity with the court system, knowledge of plea bargain details, and the ability to find possible mistakes made during the arrest that can potentially help in fighting to beat DUI charges. This is especially important if a person has a past DUI offense on their record.

I got a felony DUI after a long struggle with many addictions. I have now been sober for 5 years. I did one year house arrest and 3 years of Drug Court under the assumption that i would be able to start clean with my new found sober life. Now i can’t get this expunged from my record so, how was this new law helpful. Had it been pasted before i decided to change my life i may have gotten that 3rd DUI dropped and not been a felon for the rest of my life.
