Uber is no different from a cab company… they get a request for a driver, they post it, drivers check in to get the ride. Except cab drivers have physicals, drug tests, vehicle safety inspections and fare regulation, etc. THE SOLUTION IS: Legislators, put cab drivers under the SAME regulations as UBER!

uber lyft and the rest —limit your hours to 1am .and tey will back off.
limit the time of operation. Don’t go 24 hours.
