Fraud is part of State Farm’s game. look at most anything they do and compare what they say and what they do and you will find they lie to courts all the time. Look into court cases and you will see State Farm tells the court one thing but actually does another. This time they finally got caught.
In Texas, they had been overcharging customers for years, the TDI ordered them to refund and they refused, a court told them to refund and they again refused. 10 years after the fact, they reluctantly paid. I would say they are the worst of the captives, but Allstate and Farmers runs them a close race.
Could not happen to a nicer group. Years in court, failed attempts by lobbyists and now we will all pay for there deception and greed. NFIP rates soaring, they still collect for the feds and this will all feel better !!!
