Don’t be fooled by lies and miss information. I have been in the business for over 25 years and citizens property insurance Corporation conduct themselves in such a manner that they invite lawsuits on almost every claim. When CPI-C understands that severely lowballing claims and then only paying when challenged by a restoration contractor or an attorney is claims abuse. Citizens want you to surrender your right to access the legal system so that they can continue their incredibly incompetent and adversarial manner of handling claims. If not for me and my company and Aob , Citizens routinely abuses their policyholders by sending out incompetent adjusters to write lowball estimates. Do something about that! I find it interesting that when brought before the legal system citizens loses virtually every time! It seems that citizens is unable to recognize their role in attracting lawsuits like a magnet and will not do anything about their role in propagating assignment of benefits contracts. If not for the way citizens and take out companies handle claims there would be no need for AOB.

I signed a AOB 2 years ago with Noland Roofing and they are asking an absurd amount of money to replace my roof. I have asked them repeatedly to get a release from my AOB and they have refused to give it to me of course. I have spoken to several attorney’s who have no idea how to handle my problem. HELP!!

Why is my insurance agent asking me to sign an AOB before issuing me a policy? Should I sign the AOB.
