KY has been predominately a Republican state for Federal elections… So more than likely a mouth breathin’ (raspy of course), high school drop out, Trump (Drumpf) supporter.
Kentucky voted for republicans in national elections (McConnell and Paul in the senate) and democrats in state elections. I don’t know why it’s this way.
Oh, and Bevin is the SECOND republican governor in 40 years. Fletcher was governor 2003 – 2007.
