    “A handful of lawyers and vendors??” Really? Nice try to poo poo this and minimize what this really meant. This is an attempt by insurance carriers to have the homeowner be cornered without representation. The insurance industry knows that without an AOB, they can bypass payment to lawyers and all contractors involved and leave every contractor and attorneys fighting to get paid for the work they have done on the homeowners behalf. This article is so one-sided and attempts to hide the real truth behind this legislation. To have only the insurance companies selected vendors to do the work on the cheap. Terrible article.
