America needs to see more of these kinds of articles. It is sad that we have to arm ourselves against the criminal element but if the police can not stop it we need to be responsible for our own safety. Kind of cheesy but when asked why I carry a gun the logical answer is a cop is to heavy.

The NRA has a couple of print publications (magazines) that they distribute to their membership. One of the features each month is a section called ‘The Armed Citzen’, stories about legally armed, law abiding, ‘Mericans defending themselves against thugs, cowards, do-no-goods and thugs. This is why gun laws should be geared towards the criminals and not the everyday citizens who are honest. Good chance the driver and the passenger could be dead today if the driver didn’t have a gun to protect himself.

Doesn’t make much sense in robbing the Uber dirver. its not like they collect cash. unless they wanted to steal his vehicle.
Probably wanted to steal the car……but these types aren’t known for their mental agility.
