I’m guessing he also underreported his sales to both the IRS and his insurance agent, otherwise they may have been able to see an irreconcilable difference between sales and payroll.
Oh My, yet another fraud story coming out of the great State of Florida. Wonder if he was on Monthly Reporting Form? Probably would have made no difference if he was fudging on reporting payrolls.
Was probably paying the employees with vouchers instead of checks. He would take taxes out and employees could only cash checks at certain check cashing store or he was cashing them himself. There would be a fee for this service.
he would not pay taxes or w/c because there is no real payroll through a bank. Just a check to the check cashing store.
