      LOL!

Have you been surfing at BSR Cable Park’s Surf Resort again, Agent? You were warned about that brain-eating amoeba, you know.

Well you’re lying, Agent, with your generalization that people on the left say that women should ALWAYS be believed. Does that put you on the left?

Hey Mad, you should really try to stay up with the real news instead of getting it on Media Matters.

The main stream media is not the enemy. If you truly believe that, then go to Russia whose mainstream media is controlled by the government very similar to fox news and the propaganda.

They arrest business owners, and trust me she needs to pay the price, but they turn the blind eye to the worker committing fraud every day. They do not enforce the law with the same veracity. Workers also commit fraud, by the way last I checked workers comp fraud estimates were over 50% . This costs the industry and all of us far more than cases like this which by they way are pretty isolated case. The system is broken. Its rigged to make everyone money. Its run by the plaintiffs bar, only to generate fees. Its very incestuous. I left the industry because I was sick of seeing the system

I agree that claimant fraud runs rampant and the system is quite incestuous – but I think you are mistaken about the industry’s focus. I’d say 75% of the industry is hyper-focused on claimant fraud. An insurer with a solid premium fraud investigation program is rare in my experience. (SIU)
