My responds was if time has expired why would you you considered..plus an unlicensed agent was explaining my policy and didn’t know anything about nc regulations and she said on arecorded call that she was coaching nc licesnse agent on what to say ..all my calls was forward to an unlicense agent from usaa plus she admitted to errors ncdoi did nothing
