But, you have to understand, China doesn’t technically have any of their own money, they just have ours and they are not likely to return it. And, right now anyway, the world is against them and so our leverage is very limited. Please see the Chinese drywall debacle from the mid-2000’s as an example. You can get judgements in US courts but not necessarily any payment.
