I would like to have a re-evaluation of my hand injury. Your record shows that I have a PERMANENT INJURY. Indeed it is. It is so painful for me to operate a computer which I constantly use in my business as an Architectural Designer that even with a Computer Pen which I have purchased I am in extreme pain. I feel that I have been dealt with in an unjust way. I am forced to go through all this pain and receive only $11.04 per month payable annually. This is totally unacceptable. Everyone I show my hand to is shocked by the way I have been treated by your Workmen’s Compensation.

I cannot hold a fork, cut my food with a knife, or even turn a screwdriver, etc. Operating my computer gives me extreme pain by the end of the day. Please have my injury re-evaluated by a PROFESSIONAL. I am doing my best to care for my wife and 3 year old little girl and cannot afford further expense for an outside medical evaluation.
