If they think it’s bad in Oregon they should see California costs!

The builders will just make up difference hiring some of the millions illegal aliens.

That’s what they did in CA.

Wages will drop, house prices go up, quality goes into the toilet.

After 25 years of home repair and small improvements to the homes in my community, I had to give up.
The costs of insurance, bonding, exam, and registration along with the huge increases in the cost of materials and even permits, priced me out of range for what my customers of average income could afford to pay. I now work for a large hardware chain

America, the land of opertunity for the small buissiness owner, unless your a subcontractor who does not have $20,000 a year for insurance. My question is what’s going to happen to the econemy when the 7 billion dollar increase from construction we have seen comes to a stop beacuse there are no workers left.
