    The CDI low-income program does not have a legal name!! They spent $738,000 advertising the program, and it doesn’t have a name. No wonder its a failure. Counsel Schulman for the CDI refused to enter into a stipulation as to what the Program’s name is. How do you spend all that taxpayers money advertising a Program without a name!?!? Its NOT Low Cost Auto Insurance as in the title because that name is taken by my client of the same name. Its a multi-million dollar pork barrel by Quackenbush.
