It is hard enough in our industry to gain our clients trust without “bad apples” like this.
What more is there to say that hasn’t already been stated? Stealing, omitting, low-balling property coverage limits, payrolls, receipts, etc. We need the courts, the carriers and agency principals to all police bad behavior. Unfortunately, I cannot say that any of them appear to care about the “high standard” over cash flow conversion and self-agrandisement.
Did the DOI yank her license and prevent her for selling insurance in this great State ever again.
20 days of community service certainly seems like inadequate punishment for a felony conviction regardless of parole time.
They should take her license, throw her in jail and throw away the key. Gives all insurance folks a bad name.
