Santa Barbara, Calif.-based insurance brokerage firm Ogilvy-Hill Insurance announced the formation of a new construction division. The company has added 3 staff members to the division.
Susan Shipp will serve as vice president. She has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, including decades of experience in handling complex construction risks. She has also served in the positions of casualty underwriter, account manager, commercial lines manager and commercial lines producer.
Karen Hill-Silverman will serve as senior account manager and has more than 20 years of experience in the Insurance industry. Previously she has served as an underwriter and account manager.
Shirley Littell will specialize in bonds. She has more than 30 years of experience serving the construction industry.
Ogilvy-Hill has offices in Thousand Oaks, Santa Barbara, Oxnard and Pasadena and has served Southern California since 1888.
