I’am a qualified injured worker. the change in insurance policy has caused me not to receive the treatment I need to help relieve the chronic pain . I was injured in 1987. I did not receive the proper treatment because the MRI did not show; that I had a 90% torn Rotator Cuff. I also had sustained,strained/sprain/torn trapezias. This injury is making me into an invalid. I always very physically active.
