t IS a big deal- as everyone uses pdf to send applciations- htese can be typed into- sent in ofr qutoing and automatically entered into an Insurers Quoting Engine- gratly automatng hte Submit- to quote time-SInce most speicaty lInes Carriers use htier own app- htere are over 900 in use- ELM is the ONLY interemdiary to have them all in interactive format- andis a prelude to using hem as a front end for all Insurer quiting systems and our agency Mangement System- some thing ACORD is trying to do with several AMS vendors- In fact I have now joined the ACORD committee on this- and those who dont see the value to trade Inout time being traded for slaes time- well – they shouldn\’t care .

Maybe similar to http://www.appulate.com – first Work Comp and now Construction GL apps – you (agent) fill in all the questions, and the program drops them into the appropriate places for each company\’s app. After an initial (TIME CONSUMING) data entry, it\’s there every year and easy to access/update. Apps get updated. Still a boring breakfast, eh?
