Why not name the public utilitiy commission for the city for negligently placing the hydrant within the ways and means of a public thoroughfare?

I am guessing that the $10K is the hospitals property deductible.

Wonder why the auto policy did not cover this? Perhaps there was none…or limits were not sufficient.

…or perhaps coverage was negated on conviction of the DUI. After all, driving under the influence is not an accident; though many an accident has been the result of such intentional choices.

The kid that took the car didn’t have permission! He said he was getting something out of the car and took off. He should be reliable for ALL of this, not the Tysons!! Why aren’t they going after the kids parents? The Tysons have nothing to do with this!!

why don’t we just sue moscow and u of i for allowing all the underage drinking on campus… the cops wont do anything to the kids because it’s private property, so lets just allow more accidents and deaths that are caused by allowing this to continue… start at the root of the problem, not blame the parents and innocent parties who are caught in the middle!

I totally agree with Sandra….this all seems a bit ridiculous to be able to sue someone when they are of no fault- meaning all the Tysons…..they should counter-sue the Hospital for all the stress they have probably incurred!! Or should they sue the hospital where Dan was born, or how about the place where the Tysons purchased the car!!!! Or maybe the car manufacuring plant. How can you keep blaming so many?? I agree with Sandra; why is the U of I not being held responsilbe for any of this?? Moscow just had yet another death of a 23 year old…..who is responsible for that??? The parents of the kid he’s living with? The apartment manager? The person who sold him the alcohol? How many are we going to blame for the all the **** that goes on there??? Time to close the Frat house with all the underage drinking!!!!!! That would be a good starting place!!!!!
