I was injured on the job, in front of witnesses who informed the boss. Unable to stand due to the pain, I went to the hospital ER the next day to find out what was causing the intense pain. When the employer received the medical bill, the employer instructed the wc carrier to deny the claim. I received a letter from the State beginning “Your employer has decided to deny your work comp. claim.” Indeed!
The employer had told the carrier my injury was not work related and had no knowledge of the incident until the bill was received. Employer was evidently trying to save a few bucks in case the wc carrier decided to increase the renewal premium and “chose to deny the claim” for medical expenses. I filed for a hearing and the truth was revealed. WC carrier paid off the bill for under $800.
I know the economy is bad but when employers lie to their work comp carriers to save maybe a couple of bucks…

His name is Larry Wade Butler his booking number is1940518 and case #MAO4585801.He is being held at Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles due to an immoral acts of misconnduct in his case.
In November 2007 He was asked to participate in a marketing research program made by Terri Carver manager of C&C Market Research located in the Antelope Valley Mall.This company issued products that they knew were defected. They were looking for African Americans to participate in this research program. He wasnt aware of the dangers of these products bu,t the company did and they had no remorse after he complained about the damages cause to his face.After using all these different types of electronic and non electronic shaving razors on his face during this experiment he began to develop ingrown hair bumps that left him horrible scars on his face. He sued Procter & Gamble as well as Phillips for what their products did to his skin. They quickly settled out of court for an undiclosed amount. Then, they later breached their settlement agreement and openly traded information to other companies that was involved with the research experiment done on African Americans with sensitive skin. They all conspired against to get him convicted. The compnaies knew all about their products defect but did nothing too warn him of these dangers. A simple warning label could’ve stopped him from having horrible scars on his face. On September 15, 2009 He was wrongfully convicted of grand theft as well as perjury and insurance fraud when in actuality that was not the case. The companies lied on him during trial just to protect their good name They had him wrongfully convicted for 14 years. They will not stop at nothing to get their products sold. My fiance volunteered in a paid survey back in November 2007 at the Antelope Valley Mall in Lancaster Ca. The survey was to take different types of electronic and non electronic razors home consisting of 3-5 blades. He was to use them and report the results well the outcome was severe. He recieved deep scarring, ingrown hair bumps, dicoloration, and ingrown hairs on his face. My fiance file small claims suits against the shaving razor companies because of the damages he recieved on face. He sent in pictures and letters stating to these companies what happened to him. They settled out of court with him in 2008,we went to a few dermatologists to recieve laser treatment to correct his face,but the treatment had no results on correcting his skin.The damage had already set in. Now 1 year later the Dept of Insurance is saying that he committed insurance fraud and stating that he never used the razors,and this didnt really happen to him. I was a witness to those razors taring his face apart. He has a 1 strike but he did not file these small claims suits with any criminal intent. This is what happened to him the proof is onhis face. He was denied the right at his pre-luminary hearings to have a witness on his behalf, Judge Lisa Chung, DEA Adan Montalban and his attorney Richard Galluza told him he had no rights whatsoever. So I reported them to the Bar Association and to the Dept of Justice Civil Rights Division. Evidence was given to his attorney and somehow it came up missing, I was threatened by the DEA and his attorney that if I tesitified I would be thrown in jail. They never had a case this case was suppose to be kicked out July24,2009 but it was moved from municipal court to superior court and thats when all this judicial miscconnduct began to take place. He was denied the right to fire his attorney he had to keep the same attorney and this man wasn’t working for him but against him to try to get a conviction. When trial began he was not allowed to pick his own jury, he was threatened by his attorney that if he said a word they would lock him up for good and me as well. I complained on the judge assigned to his trial because she denied him the right to have a witness at his pre-luminary hearings as well. The DEA, Attorney, and judge were in on convicting him. They gave him the same judge we complained about which is against the law. I finally testified on his behalf and the company that distrbuted the survey in 2007 was there and they said he took a survey back then all the evidence and the truth was out there. The DEA and his attorney falsified his small claims documents, changed dates, and forged his signature on documents in order to get a conviction.My fiance seen those documents and as the reporter type in his response he said” those are not my signatures”. The judge new of the falsified evidence and documents but she let these illegal proceedings go through. She didnt care. My fiance has a felony on his jacket but he did not commit the charge of insurance fraud, grand theft or perjury, He just stood up for what happened to him.We need new representaion for him so he can file an appeal for a re trial because he did not have a fair trial. His attorney turned on him and was never ther for his best interest.We dont have any money but this story needs to be heard so people can be aware of how corrupted the law is even down to the judges.He was in the antelope valley press but they only told one side of the story which wasnt the truth at all. He shouldnt be serving any jail time for a crime he did not commit. They may even take part in a joint power authority (JPA) with other manufacturors.

Cook the books at AIG and get probation and a small fine.
Take less than 10k for false razor blade claims and get 14yrs 4mos. in prison.
