    $41K!!! That’s it. Their attorney will never show his/her face in public again. They could have cleaned house and all they got is a tiny $41K. You’ve got to be kidding me. What is this, 1972? Good lord.

    i sure hope the next legal event for mr. andaverde is the divorce by mrs. andaverde. she should get rid of the bum after killing her business.

    I thought the same thing as Richard. $41K is probably less than the what the attorney’s fees. There is a lot to learn from this example and I hope more business owners learn from this.
