Shouldn’t the medical exam have been part of the underwriting pricing or a condition of binding? Lloyd’s bad for not requiring it up front. Policy is in force guys… I would think that they will have to pay up.
if as stated a medical exam was required and not done, then there should be no question as to payout! these folks are just going to have to be out of luck because they did not complete the contract as required to get paid. question, becomes, do they get the original money back that they had paid for the policy?
