You forgot to mention the cost to tax payers and how much is the net savings to the people paying for these vehicles that no one else wants to buy? What is the maintenance cost to replace the batteries? Where would you dispose of these batteries when you have to trash it out in a few years? How would all of these batteries effect the enviroment if improperly disposed of? How much did the Governor get paid to do this?
