Sonny Bono hit a tree and died as I recall. Mr. Norris died in an avalanche. Sorry he was asphyxiated but skiing tends to be a dangerous passtime. Sometimes s*** happens and bottom feeding PI attorneys are always willing to dive in and enrich themselves.
You are dead on, Water Bug! If this avalanche occurred on the highway while Mr. Norris was driving to the ski area, would she have sued the DOT? Hell no….
