In business since 1995, and how many “no pays” on hole-in-one shots, and this guy is NOT in jail. What’s up with the DOI in Washington state.

Why does Mr. Kolenda resort to scamming the public? How much money does he need…..he is living in his parent’s basement.

Obviously they didn’t read the fine print – has to be on Feb 29th with the snow no less than 6 inches deep. Wonder why organizations contiue to do business with this guy? He must be able to keep the premuim low because he never pays.

Most of the Hole in One policies are small premiums, so people probably didn’t shop him. This guy is an above Par jack@ss. I hope he goes to jail and finds out another meaning to Hole In One!

Why are you more likely to do time for stealing a $500 TV than for defrauding policyholder’s out of probably hundreds of thousands?

Warn him a few more times and then if he does it again really warn him again and tell him “I’m not kidding this time”. That should do it.

“All fun and games until somebody puts an eye out” I just found out that the insurance won’t pay for the $10,000 hole in one at the charity tournament my charity sponsors. We will have to come out of pocket for the money. Why is this guy still in business and not in jail? Might make a trip to Connecticut.

WHAT a JOKE the Insurance department IS. The claimants defrauded this person STORY is the EXACT OPPOSITE of reality . . . the cheaters did NOT even apply or paid for a Valid Hole in One Contract, while some even cheated at the events? Then when the events went crying to the Insurance Dept that didn’t even know WHAT GOLF RULES are. The investigators believed these people WITHOUT EVER CHECKING, then had to fabricated facts and created other sensationalized stories to cover their butts. This Insurance department should be first ballot Government Regulatory Hall of Shame AND the others that did NOT VERIFY the facts of the case and went with it. Should be second ballot. Always the retraction gets less play

PLUS if you read the 400+ page hearings findings: This insurance departments falsified documents, told others to falsify payments, and to lie about using this company and having any issues whatsoever, all because they needed some Press and fine money?

“This claim and case is AN EMBARRASSMENT” “Get it off the books Today” . . . what the arbitrator from the Attorney Generals office stated. This man should be giving an award for putting up with this nonsense. Guess what people ? people file false claims all the time? You being in the “insurance” industry should know that. You people are an embarrassment to not do one spec of due-diligence
