    So where’s a chiropractor coming up with that kind of money? Doubt that their E&O pays since the verdict was for a course of fraudulent activity.

    Will they be going after the plaintiffs in the auto accident case?

    These Allstate cases are not all they might seem. They bring in a paid “doctor” to say he reviewed the files and that the treatment was not medically necessary. These “doctors” claim to have active practices but for the most part, they are just hired guns who prostitute their profession. And not all are chiro’s either. Check out Allstates “expert” witness Dr Katz, I think is the name.

    Now if they had actually proven that the chiro’s were billing for services not provided, then that is a different situation all together. But this Allstate habit of bringing in “experts” to claim the patients didn’t need the care is reprehensible. Next thing you know, the health insurance companies will be doing the same thing to limit doc’s treatment of virtually everything from sinus infections to heart disease.
