If you must sue, sue the drunk driver, not the bartender or the employer. Keep in mind that your child made a decision to drink and to ride in a vehicle piloted by someone who had no business getting behind the wheel. All choies have consequences, some good, some bad. In this case, the consequences were bad to the extreme but the choices were freely made. We must stop blaming others and start taking responsibililty for our choices, regardless of the outcome.
Fake ID’s, seat belts, alcohol in the car? All things that might mitigate if not eliminate liability. Whoops, there I go thinking like and insurance person again.
All you commenting about my cousin, It wasn’t their fault. It was 5:30 in the morning -.- She was tired!!!! Leave her alone. Shame on you guys to talk about a girl that is 16 years old that lost her life. Foreal all you lowlifes get a life. It was an accident it wasn’t anybody’s fault.

These parents ought to be suing themselves. Where were they when their 16 year-old daughter was drinking at a bar with a 26 year-old man? Disgusting!
Oops! 24 year-old man. But you get my point…
