Having a breathalyzer in a bar or restaurant simply gives the a jury one more reason to hold the bar/restaurant accountable for the actions of an individual that chooses to drink and drive. Never mind that the drunk driver made the choice; why should (s)he be held responsible when we have so many others to blame?
