How about getting rid of the 1980 model of having district managers and all the other top heavy management and get competitive again? These gimmicks and other offerings are getting ridiculous. There is a reason why the company lost 1.3 million policies in 2013 alone along with 1200 seasoned agents.
Clarity is a good thing – I hope Farmer’s will be rewarded for bringing this product to market.
