    Seems like the oven would have some type of safeguards that prevent this when someone is inside to clean, repair, etc.

    This sounds fishy to me. No pun intended. I cannot imagine one staff member being permitted to work alone cleaning the machine without other staff members knowing that he was inside the machine.

    No documented formal training? No documented annual Safety Training? No SOP’s? No policies? No preventative measures? Poor supervision as well as management? No OSHA inspections? Cheap labor?
