Former California Agent Ordered to Pay Restitution for Premium Theft

    Apparently, these agents absconding with premium funds have a very low IQ and obviously don’t know right from wrong. California – the land of fruits and nuts.

        Actually, it happens all over the country and usually the penalties are much more than 10 days in jail. Agents lose their license, get bigger fines etc. I wonder how this dude got licensed or whether he ever took any ethics courses which are mandatory in most states for licensing.

    10 days in jail is hardly a deterrent. This could have been a disaster if one of the victims had a claim. If they didn’t catch him now, who knows how much he could have stolen.
