Easy to understand why the cops were denied coverage. They were off duty. Be interesting to see how this would pan out and what flood gates may open for other occupations collecting work-comp when not at work. My question is were the cops injured helping others??. I would not think you could collect work comp purely for being shot while attending a concert on your own time and your occupation just so happens to be police officer.
