Could you please explain why you think that? Are you aware players are beholden to the personal conduct policy?

Ooookkkaaayy, but that has nothing to do with teams being legally able to fire or cut players for being arrested, even if they’re ultimately not found guilty.

Wait, is the court saying innocent until proven guilty? What a novel idea!

Does no one realize anymore that cops can arrest you for anything and everything. For whatever reason and justice can still be had? Cops arresting you does not mean you’re guilty for that crime. They arrest people to protect them from the mob at times. Good on the court for adding punitive damages.

Some details were left out in the IJ report. The full report is more nuanced.

My friend worked for Allsnake. The agency manager would change the name of the sales person to his if one of her new clients came in to bind when she was off. Able to pilfer a few measly commission dollars that way.

Sounds like an agency manager issue rather than a corporate issue.

Downvotes? Seriously? You’re saying the corporation tells agency managers to steal business? I understand complaints about the company but now people are making stuff up. ALL companies have sneaky managers just as all companies have good ones.

I highly suggest you don’t pay attention to the downvotes. They’re pretty much meaningless.

There is widespread cheating in this industry and backstabbing; I would say the real estate is the only one worse, although I never sold cars.
