    This is such a fluff piece. A bunch of buzz words have been used to mask that essentially care is being unofficially denied by placing every possible barrier and inconvenience in front of the patient regardless of diagnosis, documentation, or history. I would love to know what State Fund’s “chronic pain program” is since you can’t find any information on their website (much less information about its “expansion.”) If they were a true health plan, no court would be OK with how they are authorizing care.
