Special interests are Democrats, really rich ones. They would be called “the rich” if they were Republicans.

“Smart Use” of California’s Ballot is what Democrats do. If Republicans did the same thing, it would be called “extortion”.

The privacy law on the ballot for November will expose nearly every single business with a website to fraudulent lawsuits from people who can claim their personal information was somehow misused. This is just another trough for lawyers, albeit a really big one.

“Smart”? If you like lawsuits without merit, if you like to punish business for no reason, it is REALLY smart. (Love the spin job by the IJ)
