How can the government keeping paying these kinds of settlements before the bankruptcy courts become the final resolution. This is just insanity. Although I certainly fell for the father and grandparents the government is in such a terrible position in these cases. If they take action and it is wrong they are sued by one parent if they do not take action they are sued by the other.
