So if a police officer pulls you over and your gender X and they frisk you down since you may be suspected of carrying drugs or weapons then what? Right now a male can only frisk a male and a female can only frisk a female. Either you will have to employ gender X officers or risk the possibility of sexual harassment. You know it’s going to happen. Just throw some discrimination in there for the heck of it as well.
Easy, you just ask the driver, should we have a male or female officer frisk you? Driver chooses, it’s on a body camera, no discrimination. Who’s next?
What if the officer looks like a male, but identifies as a female? If the pat down of a female okay then? (I mean, unless the female who was stopped identifies as a . . . )
What if the driver is a dog and the officer is a cat? What if the driver is in the middle of a gender reassignment surgery and the officer just finished theirs? What if what if what if what if what if
Homophobic or just ignorant? These responses could possibly stand to gain some perspective on the experience of human beings who live differently than you. Your bigotry is starting to show.
There are two genders, according to science. This is pandering to an infinitely small number of people who identify with the opposite sex of their birth. But if the question is “what sex were you when born?”, there would be no need to have this silliness.
