Good for them! Stay open. Don’t pay the fine. Fight it all the way up to the State Supreme Court if necessary. All of these governor/bureaucrat proclamations and decrees to shut down businesses are totally illegal and unconstitutional. We need every business to revolt and open up.

Fine a business but allow BLM to ruin a part of your city that will cost millions to repair, most likely paid by your RM carrier, and those suffering damage will have to file claims on their policies as well. So glad you are on top of things Inslee!

It is almost like there is a constitutional amendment that addresses the people’s right to protest, but not one that addresses their right to get swole.

I hope they fight this, and appeal all the way up if they have to. This amounts to nothing less than a Fourth Amendment violation. These “dictates” by these socialist governors, mayors and county judges are not laws. Laws must be proposed and approved by Congress or state legislatures and then signed by the President or Governor before they become laws. These “administrators” cannot arbitrarily order these privately owned businesses closed. But they have. And the businesses for the most part are complying, many of whom will, or have already, gone out of business. Along with that goes the loss of a great many jobs. It is about time that someone stands up to these elites, who desire nothing less than control of the masses. Freedom in the United States just does not work like that.
