—An email submitted to an Oregon court seems to be a key piece in a lawsuit accusing Wells Fargo & Co. of firing a worker after he alerted them of issues in mortgage procedures.

A Serious Problem

—Dr. Scott Kirby, chief medical officer for the North Carolina Medical Board, which is investigating 60 doctors and physician assistants with patients who died of overdoses of prescription drugs in a 12-month span.
