Seems Quackenbush got quite a bundle from the insurance co’s before fleeing to hawaii. Is there any idea of how much cash he was able to spirit away for his own personal use after his resignation, and if there was so much damning evidence against him for graft, why was he never put on trial?
I can only venture to guess that he was never put on trial because it was a political battle and nothing else, in other words, he never committed any crime while he held his position. Gotta love politics
We hope that the Policyholders will be paid by the Insurance Companies they trusted to financially insure their homes.
Katrina Victims were denied and the Insurers fought back all the way.
God bless you guys….
I hope they do not do to you what they did to us. It’s horrible to be kicked after you are already down.
I am a native Californian. I moved to Florida after a 30 year career in law enforcement. I moved in large part due to the partisan politics that control the legislature which funds social programs that have crippled the taxpayeers and bankrupted the state.
Mr. Quackenbush was the victim of those politics, persecuted by the democrats and ultimately sacrificed by his own party.
If he had become rich, he wouldn’t be a deputy sheriff in Florida. Fortunately and coincidentaly in the county where I live.
Nonsense. According to ALL media, Quackenbush misused insurance company earthquake settlement funds, then ran away
from the hearings which would have led to impeachment and possible criminal prosecution.
What he did nationally hurt the insurance industry and all Americans in every state.
Quackenbush is an un-Christian who loves money and power above God. To “John M” who wrote, “Mr. Quackenbush was the victim of those politics, persecuted by the democrats and ultimately sacrificed by his own party.” WRONG! Quackenbush was a victim of his own cowardly and immoral greed and rightly investigated!
Until he repents for his sins, even as a deputy sheriff in Florida, God will not welcome him into his Kingdom. How unfortunate for John M to live in the county where Quackenbush works.
