By requiring insurance, that then is a national registry on gun owners, is that correct?
How would one get the risk pool big enough to make the insurance affordable, how would a gun owner qualify and if they did not would they then not be allowed to own a gun, would a gun owner be fined if they did not purchase the insurance, would knife carriers be considered a good insurable risk, would premium be based on caliber, would there be training course discounts…
