As a shareholder of Farmers, I insist that only female employees be hired. As evidenced by this story, 300+ women are willing to accept less compensation than their less qualified male colleagues for the same work.
In the alternative, please reduce the compensation of male employees to equal that of women, and return these savings to shareholders.
